How we work

Six things we do for every student.

We don't just teach Salesforce — we get you the credential, the resume, and the offer.

Pillar 01

Source

We find motivated career-changers, not random applicants. Each cohort is screened for grit, curiosity, and clarity of why.

Pillar 02

Train

12 weeks of instructor-led, hands-on Salesforce — across Admin, Developer, and Consultant tracks.

Pillar 03

Certify

We prep you for the certs that hiring managers actually filter on, and we pay for the first voucher.

Pillar 04

Resume

Our writers rebuild your resume and portfolio around your new Salesforce skills.

Pillar 05

Market

We pitch your profile to a shortlist of hiring partners — you don't apply alone.

Pillar 06

Place

A placement coach in your corner until you sign your offer letter. 90 days of on-the-job support after.

LIVE — not pre-recorded

Live classes, taught by Salesforce-certified instructors.

Every cohort meets live with a real instructor who holds the same Salesforce certifications you're working toward. Screen-share demos, Q&A in the moment, code reviewed in real time — and humans who remember your name.

Who joins us

You don’t need to be a "tech person."

Our cohorts are full of teachers, hotel managers, veterans, parents returning to work, and people quietly Googling “how to change careers” at 11pm.

Outcomes

We publish what we measure.

Placement is the only KPI that matters. We commit to publishing a quarterly outcomes report — placement rate, time-to-offer, salary range, and methodology — starting after our first cohorts graduate.

Until then, we won’t publish numbers we can’t back up.

What our outcomes report will track

  • Placement rate within 6 months

    measured for every cohort

  • Median time from graduation to offer

    days, by cohort

  • Salary range and median

    self-reported with consent

  • First-attempt cert pass rate

    by course

  • Companies that hired our alumni

    listed with their permission

Our approach

Built on three commitments.

Cert-aligned curriculum

Every module maps to the official Salesforce exam blueprint. You learn what gets tested and what gets hired.

Live, instructor-led classes

Real instructors who hold the certifications you are working toward. Small cohorts. Direct access.

End-to-end placement support

Resume, LinkedIn, portfolio, interview prep, and 1:1 coaching until you sign your offer.

We feature alumni stories on this site only with written consent. We do not use stock photos or invented testimonials.

The journey

How 12 weeks become a career.

  1. Week 0

    1. Apply & interview

A short application and a 15-min call. We screen for grit, not credentials.

  2. Weeks 1–6

    2. Build the foundation

Salesforce basics, data model, security, Flow automation, reports & dashboards.

  3. Weeks 7–10

    3. Pick your track

Admin, Developer, or Consultant. Hands-on projects you’ll show recruiters.

  4. Week 11

    4. Resume & LinkedIn

Our writers rebuild your story around your new Salesforce skills.

  5. Week 12

    5. Mock interviews & matching

We pitch you to 5–10 hiring partners. First interviews scheduled.

  6. Week 13+

    6. Coach until you’re hired

Weekly 1:1s until you sign. 90 days of on-the-job support after.

Quick answers

The five questions everyone asks.

How much does the program cost, and do you offer payment plans?

Tuition is published transparently on the Program page. We split tuition into 3 monthly payments at no extra cost — set up during your enrollment call. No financing decisions are made at the application stage.

Do I need a tech or coding background?

No. The Admin and Consultant tracks have no coding. The Developer track introduces Apex and LWC from scratch — about half our developer cohort comes from non-tech jobs.

Can I work full-time while doing the program?

The full-time program is intensive (35–40 hrs/week). The part-time program (24 weeks, evenings + weekends) is designed for people keeping their job.

Do you guarantee a job?

We don't make guarantees. We will publish our placement rate quarterly starting with our first cohorts. Our refund policy is on the Program page.

What if I don't pass my certification?

Your first voucher for each certification is included in your tuition. If you don't pass on the first attempt under our voucher policy, we cover a retake voucher and pair you with a tutor at no extra cost. Eligibility (course completion, 80%+ on the final mock, sit within 90 days) is on our Voucher Policy.
