Our story
Built by people who switched careers themselves.
SiliconCoder started in 2021 with a small group of friends who had all changed careers into Salesforce β a former teacher, a hotel manager, a paralegal, and an ops lead from a logistics company. We knew the path worked. We also knew it was lonely, expensive, and full of dead-end "bootcamps" that took your money and disappeared.
We wanted to build the program we wished we'd had: small cohorts, real instructors, hands-on projects, honest pricing, and a placement team that treats your job hunt like its own full-time job.
That is still the playbook we run today β small live cohorts, real mentors, and a placement team that treats your job hunt like its own full-time job.
Our values
Four things we wonβt budge on.
Mentorship over lectures
Every student has a mentor. Office hours are real. Cohorts cap at 24.
Outcomes over slogans
We publish placement, salary, and time-to-offer every quarter.
Honesty about effort
Career changes are hard. We tell you that up front.
Community for life
Slack access, refresher courses, and alumni meetups β forever.
The team
Instructors, coaches, and placement leads.
Every one of us has either changed careers ourselves or spent years inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
