These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SiliconCoder website, programs, courses, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and changes
By accessing this site, submitting an application, or enrolling in a SiliconCoder program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to active students.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to apply or enroll. By applying, you represent that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
3. Application and enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We evaluate applicants based on our published criteria and admit students at our sole discretion. Enrollment is confirmed only upon our written acceptance, your acceptance of our enrollment agreement (where applicable), and timely payment of the required tuition or first installment.
4. Tuition, fees, and payment
Tuition for each course is published on our website and may be paid in full, in installments under an approved payment plan, or under another financing arrangement we offer. Tuition does not include third-party fees such as Salesforce certification exam fees, unless explicitly stated.
If you fail to make timely payments under a payment plan, we may suspend access to course materials, withhold certificates of completion, and pursue collection as permitted by law.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. No guarantee of employment or certification
SiliconCoder provides training and placement support. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, that you will pass any Salesforce certification, or that you will earn any particular salary. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and individual employer decisions. Salesforce certification exams are administered by Salesforce, Inc.; we are not the certifying body and have no authority over exam content, scoring, or scheduling.
7. Independent relationship with Salesforce
SiliconCoder is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Salesforce, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Salesforce," "Trailhead," "Agentforce," "Sales Cloud," "Service Cloud," "Experience Cloud," "Marketing Cloud," and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. and used here for descriptive and nominative fair use purposes only.
8. Code of conduct
While participating in our programs, you agree to:
- Treat instructors, mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
- Not cheat, plagiarize, share answer keys to certification exams, or otherwise violate the integrity of the program or any third-party exam.
- Not share your course materials, recordings, or login credentials with anyone outside the program.
We may suspend or terminate your enrollment for violations, with refunds determined under our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All course content, curriculum, recordings, slide materials, and platform materials are owned by SiliconCoder or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access them for your personal educational use during your enrollment. You may not redistribute, sell, publicly post, or use them to develop competing offerings.
10. User submissions
You retain ownership of work you create during the program (e.g., your capstone). By submitting work or testimonials, you grant SiliconCoder a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them in connection with operating and marketing our services, subject to any separate written consent we obtain before using your name, likeness, or quote publicly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SiliconCoder, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
